The Sunday Best Scooter Fest went out on a high note this year, marking its final ever event with an incredible show of community spirit and generosity. Held at Abridge Village Hall & Grounds, the festival raised a phenomenal £2,000 for the Veterans Association, thanks to the tireless efforts of everyone involved - especially the amazing Mad Mods and Englishmen Scooter Club.
Over its celebrated nine-year run, the Sunday Best Scooter Fest became a beloved gathering for scooter enthusiasts and music fans alike. With its showcase of stunning vintage scooters, live music, and a welcoming, family-friendly vibe, the event carved out a unique and cherished place in the hearts of many.
This year, the Mad Mods and Englishmen Scooter Club once again brought their signature passion for scooters and their unwavering dedication to supporting local causes. Known for their camaraderie and love of all things Mod culture, the club played a pivotal role in making the final fest a success.
As we bid farewell to this iconic event, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported the Sunday Best Scooter Fest over the years. The £2,000 raised this year will go a long way in helping us continue our mission of supporting veterans in need.
Though it's bittersweet to see the end of this fantastic festival, its legacy will live on in the memories of all who attended and the difference it has made in the community.
To the organisers at the Sunday Best Scooter Fest, the Mad Mods and Englishmen Scooter Club, and everyone who made this final fest so special… thank you. You’ve truly left a lasting impact.
